Macbeth - Before The Curtain Rises

 "I was looking into a Shakespeare play for the experience after ten years of being away from live theatre and randomly saw an audition for Shakespeare by the Sea doing Much Ado About Nothing and Macbeth."

"I think all the classics are interesting for actors because there are layers to the characters that you can keep analyzing.  William Shakespeare in particular has a rhythm to his work."

"Before the show starts, you’ll see all the actors spread out in this park, and everyone does different things...I go and do yoga underneath a palm tree, I think that’s quiet relaxing."

"There comes a point when your performing that you forget about your inhibitions and expectations of what you want the character to be.  And I’m pretty good at going there but sometimes your… you need to step out of those comfort zones and explore and that’s what Shakespeare has done for me."
